STAGECOACH:
The Stagecoach area is filled with outdoor activity and natural beauty. It is located a short 30-40 minute drive from Steamboat Springs. To get there take Highway 131 near the Haymaker Golf Course to county road (CR) 14 - turn left. The opening of the resevoir is on the left side of the road. To get to the Stagecoach neighborhoods continue another mile and make a left at CR 16.

Stagecoach is booming with building right now. There are numerous areas to buy a home or build. There is a golf course, ski area, fire station, school, and commerce area in the plans that may be one day be developed. Stagecoach is an up and coming area due to its close proximity to Steamboat, and the affordability of the homes there. There are condos, townhomes, duplexes, single family homes, affordable houseing units, and multi million-dollar ranches and homes all in the Stagecoach area. Everyone in the community loves coming home to Stagecoach.

Many properties in Stagecoach will allow horses however, there are no horses allowed on any property within the Stagecoach Property Home Owners Association (SPOA). The South Shore of the lake has many homes that are solar powered. Some neighborhoods have sewer and water supplied by the Morrison Creek Water District while others require a well and septic system. I can advise you on the amenities to each Stagecoach property when you are interested in locating a primary or vacation home there.

The Stagecoach area is about a 30 minute drive from Steamboat and is located in the South part of Routt County. The camping, boating, hiking, and fishing are all excellent in this area. If you go past all the Stagecoach communites you will be traveling on Lynx Pass. This is a dirt road and simply breathtaking in the summer. There are many ranches and public trails just off the main road. Stagecoach is another majestic and inviting part of Routt County not to be missed.
